Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK due to high learner demand. We provide full training and ongoing support with no prior experience required, aiming to empower you to start a rewarding driving-instructor career.

Earn rates typically around £38 per hour with potential annual earnings depending on hours worked. Training is via our new Training Academy, with options to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required - we provide full training and ongoing support.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Instruct learners to drive under supervision and guide practical progress.
• Deliver training sessions as part of the DVSA-aligned program.
• Assess learner progress and prepare for DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 steps.
