Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting trainee driving instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required - we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, designed to guide you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in-car coaching.

Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, with typical earnings around £39k per year for 32 hours/week and over £50k with 40 hours/week. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons as a trainee instructor under supervision.
• Complete DVSA Parts 1–3 training and use provided lesson plans.
• Maintain learner progress records and participate in ongoing coaching.
