Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior driving instructor experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support, with a structured academy to guide you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.

Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, with potential to earn £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. You can work weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time in a local 30-minute radius.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach driving lessons locally (typically within a 30-minute radius, covering 6-8 postcodes).
• Deliver structured training and coaching through our academy.
• Support learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 progression.
