Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in-car coaching.

Instructors typically earn around £38 per hour, with potential to reach £39k per year at 32 hours/week and over £50k with a 40-hour week. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Provide driving lessons as a Trainee Driving Instructor under supervision
• Complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training with the Academy
• Teach locally within a ~30-minute radius across postcodes
• Utilise dual-control cars with partner providers and ongoing coaching
