Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide in the UK. No experience is needed as full training and ongoing support are provided. Earn a strong income by teaching learners with a flexible schedule and the option to work part-time or full-time.

Average lesson rates are around £38 per hour, with potential to earn £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Training academy and DVSA progression are included in the program.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete training through our Training Academy with online learning, classroom support and in-car coaching through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.
• Teach learner drivers locally once qualified, typically within a 30-minute radius, applying structured lesson plans and ongoing support.
