Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting trainee driving instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, with the DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 guidance.

Lesson rates average around £38 per hour. Earn £39k+ per year working 32 hours/week, with higher earnings possible at 40 hours/week. The role offers flexible hours across weekdays, evenings, weekends, or full-time.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points on your licence.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners across local area using DVSA guidance.
• Deliver structured driving lessons and coaching in-car.
• Support trainees through the licence progression process.
