Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience required; full training provided. Instructors earn around £38 per hour and can reach about £39k per year working 32 hours per week, with potential to earn £50k+ at 40 hours weekly. Flexible hours, and local teaching within a 30-minute radius.

DVSA training through our academy leads you through Parts 1–3 with ongoing support. Dual-control car options are available via partner providers.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years (DVSA requirement).
• Have no more than 5 penalty points (DVSA requirement).
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years (DVSA requirement).

Responsibilities

• Train through the Training Academy (online, classroom, in-car coaching).
• Prepare for DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with provided lesson plans and support.
• Teach learner drivers with the aim to become qualified driving instructors.
