Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK with no prior experience required. We offer full training through our Training Academy, online and in-car coaching, and a pathway to DVSA Parts 1–3 success. Typical earnings show £38/hr and potential to reach £39k–£50k+ per year depending on hours worked.

Train locally, with six-to-eight postcodes covered per instructor. Instructors can start earning sooner with a Trainee License after DVSA Part 2.

Qualifications

• DVSA requirements: hold full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• No more than 5 penalty points
• No driving bans in last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers locally within a typical 30-minute radius across postcodes
• Deliver instruction through the Training Academy with online, classroom, and in-car coaching
• Support learners through DVSA Parts 1–3 and provide lesson plans and resources
