Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy.

Earn around £38/hr on average and have the option of flexible hours, with opportunities to reach £39k+ annually at 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. In this nationwide role, you will train locally within a 30‑minute radius, with Dual-control car options via partners and a clear path to DVSA Parts 1–3

Qualifications

• DVSA licence requirements: full UK licence held 3+ years.
• Penalty points must be 5 or fewer for DVSA coaching eligibility.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Undergo DVSA Parts 1–3 training with My Four Wheels Training Academy.
• Teach learner drivers locally within a 30‑minute radius.
• Maintain flexible working hours (weekdays, evenings, weekends).

Skills

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)

No more than 5 penalty points

No driving bans in last 5 years
