Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide across the UK. We provide full training and ongoing support, with no prior experience required. You’ll earn around £38 per hour on average and have flexible hours in a role designed to fit around your life.

As a trainee, you’ll train through our Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, with guidance and lesson plans to help you qualify confidently. Training fees can be paid back after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Receive comprehensive training through our Training Academy, covering DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.
• Teach learners locally, typically within a 30-minute radius across 6–8 postcodes.
• Help learners achieve qualifications and begin earning as a trainee driving instructor.

Skills

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)

Clean driving record (≤5 points)

Willing to train and learn
