Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.

Earn around £38 per hour on average, with potential to reach higher annual earnings by working more hours. Flexible schedules include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Training through the My Four Wheels Training Academy with online learning, classroom support and in-car coaching.
• Help learners progress through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured lesson plans and ongoing support.
• Teach locally across the nationwide network and manage flexible hours.
