Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We’re recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support, with the DVSA licensing path to become an instructor.

You can earn around £38 per hour; about £39k per year for 32 hours weekly, or £50k+ at 40 hours. Flexible hours, local teaching within a 30-minute radius, and dual-control cars via partners.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training and ongoing support.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK.
• Train through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in-car coaching.
• Provide lesson plans and ongoing support to learners.
• Offer flexible working hours: weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.
