Job summary

My Four Wheels, a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors, is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support.

You’ll train through our Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 to qualify with confidence. Average lesson rate is around £38 per hour, with earnings potential of £39k–£50k+ per year depending on hours worked.

Qualifications

• Hold a UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach driving lessons locally and flexibly after training
• Guide learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 under the Training Academy
• Deliver lessons online and in-person with support from My Four Wheels
