Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1–3 with lesson plans and coaching.

Earn while you learn with typical rates around £38/hr and the potential to reach £50k+ full-time. Work flexible hours (weekdays, evenings, weekends) and teach locally within a 30-minute radius with dual-control car options available via partners.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through My Four Wheels Training Academy, designed for complete beginners with online learning, live classroom support and structured in-car coaching.
• Guide you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 and provide lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.
• Teach locally across the UK with flexible hours and the possibility of part-time or full-time work.
