Job summary

My Four Wheels, a nationwide driving school, is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support to help you qualify with DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3.

Earn around £38 per hour for lessons; potential to reach £39k+ per year at typical hours, with higher earnings at 40 hours/week. Flexible hours, local teaching within a 30-minute radius, and dual-control car options via partners.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train learner drivers to become fully qualified driving instructors through the DVSA process.
• Deliver structured in-car coaching and classroom-based training.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to successfully complete parts 1, 2 and 3.
