Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No previous experience is required; we provide full training through our Training Academy, with online learning, in-car coaching, and classroom support through DVSA Parts 1–3.

Expect an average rate of £38 per hour, with potential earnings around £39k–£50k per year depending on hours. Work hours are flexible—weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time—and training fees can be paid back after one year.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train learners to pass DVSA tests through structured in-car coaching.
• Deliver lessons and adapt to learner needs.
• Contribute to training academy processes.
