Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. We offer flexible hours, nationwide work, and the opportunity to earn a substantial income as you gain DVSA qualifications.

Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, with earnings reaching £39k+ per year for part-time to full-time schedules and over £50k with extended hours. Training starts through the new Training Academy after DVSA Part 2.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.
• No prior experience required – training provided by My Four Wheels.

Responsibilities

• Assist learners to progress through DVSA criteria under supervision.
• Deliver practical driving instruction once qualified.
• Promote safe driving and learner confidence during training.
