Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. We offer full training, ongoing support, and nationwide opportunities with flexible hours. No prior experience required, with earning potential increasing as you train and gain DVSA progression.

Lesson rates average around £38/hr, with earnings targets up to £39k per year for part-time to full-time schedules. Training academy provides comprehensive in-car coaching and online learning to help you qualify.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points on licence.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach driving lessons under supervision and later independently within a defined radius.
• Follow DVSA progression (Parts 1, 2 and 3) and use structured lesson plans.
• Provide feedback and coaching to trainee learners to build confidence and safety.

Education

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)

No more than 5 penalty points

No driving bans in last 5 years
