Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide in the UK. We provide full training and ongoing support, with no prior experience required. Expect to train and begin earning as you complete the DVSA pathway in a supportive learning environment.

Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, with potential to earn up to £39k annually for part-time to full-time hours. A new Training Academy offers structured progression and access to dual-control car options through partners.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• You'll train through our Training Academy, with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching.
• No prior experience required – we provide full training and ongoing support.
• You will teach learners nationwide, with flexible hours and local driving routes.
