Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in-car coaching.

You’ll train while building a local teaching route. Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, with potential to earn up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers in local areas, covering typical postcodes within a 30-minute radius
• Work with flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time
• Support learners through DVSA testing preparation and coaching
