Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, with structured in-car coaching to help you progress through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with earning potential of up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• No prior driving instructor experience required; full training and ongoing support provided.
• DVSA requirements: hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years; no more than 5 penalty points; no driving bans in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons as a Trainee Driving Instructor across nationwide areas.
• Attend My Four Wheels Training Academy with online, classroom, and in-car coaching to pass DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.
