Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in-car coaching.

Lessons pay around £38 per hour, with potential to earn £39k+ per year working 32 hours a week or £50k+ at 40 hours. You’ll teach locally within a 30-minute radius, with flexible hours including weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No previous driving instructor experience required; full training provided.
• Training Academy covers DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with in-car coaching.
• Flexible working and ongoing support included.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive locally within a 30-minute radius.
• Deliver lessons following structured training plans and DVSA guidance.

Skills

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)

No more than 5 penalty points

No driving bans in last 5 years
