Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No previous experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support. Earn around £38/hr per lesson with potential to earn £39k–£50k annually depending on hours worked.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence for 3+ years and be prepared to train toward DVSA Part 2 and 3. Flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners as a trainee instructor across the nationwide network.
• Deliver high-quality driving lessons and progress assessments.
• Support learners through DVSA Part 1, 2, and 3 process with coaching.
