Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support. Earn around £38 per hour in lessons, with potential to reach £39k+ per year working ~32 hours per week, or £50k+ at 40 hours.

Training academy starts soon, with DVSA pathway via Parts 1–3. Location covers Knossington and nationwide; flexible hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends. Dual-control car options available via partner providers.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Train through the DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3 with structured in-car coaching.
• Teach learners locally across the UK within a typical radius.
• Join a new Training Academy and complete full training provided by the company.
