Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide in the UK. No prior experience required; we provide full training and ongoing support. Earn around £38/hr on average with potential to earn £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week.

Training academy covers DVSA Parts 1–3 with resources and coaching. Positions cover nationwide locations; you can work weekdays, evenings, weekends, or part-time. Training fees may be paid back after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction under supervision and complete DVSA training modules.
• Deliver high-quality driving lessons to learners across the UK as part of the Training Academy.
• Meet DVSA requirements and progress through Parts 1, 2 and 3 with support from My Four Wheels.
