Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. We provide full training and ongoing support, with no prior experience required. You’ll train through our Academy, start DVSA Parts 1-3 guidance, and begin teaching learners with structured lesson plans.

Earn typically £38 per hour for lessons; potential to reach £39k per year at ~32 hours/week, with opportunities to grow to 40 hours/week and beyond. Apply for a Trainee License after DVSA Part 2.

Qualifications

• DVSA requirements: Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Maintain no more than 5 penalty points and no bans in last 5 years.
• No experience required – full training provided and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons once qualified to trainee level, following approved lesson plans.
• Work towards DVSA Part 1, 2 and 3 training milestones with in-car coaching.
• Teach locally within a defined radius and flexible hours to maximise learner reach.
