Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required—full training and ongoing support are provided. Earn around £38 per hour while you train, with potential to reach up to £39k per year at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week.

You'll train through our new Training Academy and receive DVSA Parts 1–3 guidance, lesson plans and in-car coaching to qualify with confidence. Flexible hours and local teaching areas enhance work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learners locally within a 30-minute radius across 6-8 postcodes.
• Train and coach learners through the DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured coaching.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate weekday, evening, weekend, part-time or full-time schedules.

Education

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)

No more than 5 penalty points

No driving bans in last 5 years
