Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience required - we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy with online learning, live classroom coaching and structured in-car sessions.

Lesson rates around £38/hr; earn up to £39k/year working 32 hours/week, or £50k+ at 40 hours/week. Work weekdays, evenings, weekends; train to DVSA Parts 1–3 and start earning sooner as a Trainee after Part 2.

Qualifications

• No previous driving instructor experience required.
• Becoming a trainee requires commitment and quick learner.
• Willingness to complete training and DVSA steps.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers under supervision.
• Attend Training Academy sessions and complete in-car coaching.
• Follow DVSA guidelines and lesson plans.
