Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy.

Instructors teach locally, with typical rates around £38 per hour. 32 hours/week can earn up to £39k, while 40 hours/week can average £50,000+. Flexible working hours include weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learner drivers locally within a 30-minute radius, covering 6-8 postcodes.
• Deliver structured lessons using in-car coaching and DVSA-aligned training materials.
