Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. No prior experience required; full training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy.

Instructors typically earn around £38 per hour with earnings projections of up to £39k per year for a 32-hour week, and £50k+ for 40 hours. You can choose hours that suit you—weekdays, evenings, weekends, or part-time—within a 30-minute local radius.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points on your licence.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide driving instruction to learners as part of the Training Academy.
• Deliver structured in-car coaching and complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training.
• Help learners progress through the trainee licensing steps after DVSA Part 2.
