Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. You don’t need previous driving-instructor experience because we provide full training and ongoing support, with earning potential starting from an average £38/hour lesson rate and flexible hours.

You’ll teach locally within a wide radius, with DVSA progression through Parts 1–3 and access to dual-control car options via partners, making it a scalable, rewarding career in driving instruction.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years
• No previous experience is required – full training and ongoing support provided

Responsibilities

• Teach learners across the UK with flexible hours
• Support learners through DVSA Parts 1–3 with structured lesson plans
• Contribute to achieving high learner success and satisfaction
