Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK due to high learner demand. No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy.

Instructors can train locally, earning typically around £38 per hour with flexible hours. Viable earnings advance with hours worked; 32 hours per week can yield up to £39k per year, while 40 hours per week can push the average beyond £50,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• You will train through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 and receive lesson plans, resources and ongoing coaching.
• Support learners through the Training Academy with online learning, live classroom support and in-car coaching.
