Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. No previous experience required – we provide full training and ongoing support, with flexible hours to suit your life.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with earnings around £39k per year at 32 hours/week and £50k+ at 40 hours/week. You’ll train via our Training Academy, completing DVSA Parts 1–3 with in-car coaching.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive in a safe and structured manner
• Provide flexible scheduling to accommodate learners and local commitments
• Participate in our Training Academy and complete DVSA Parts 1–3 with in-car coaching
