Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. No previous experience is required as full training is provided and ongoing support is offered.

Lesson rates average ~£38 per hour, with earnings of ~£39k per year for a 32-hour week or £50k+ for 40 hours. You’ll train locally within a 30-minute radius, with flexible hours including weekdays, evenings and weekends. Full Training Academy covers DVSA Parts 1–3 and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons to learner drivers.
• Provide training and coaching for DVSA tests.
• Plan lessons, assess progress and adapt teaching methods.
