Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK to meet record learner demand. No previous experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support, with flexible working and strong earning potential.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with earnings reaching £39k annually for a 32-hour week or £50k+ for a 40-hour week. You’ll learn through our new Training Academy covering DVSA Parts 1–3 and gain practical coaching experience.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners locally within a 30-minute radius.
• Deliver instruction with dual-control car options when available.
• Provide structured guidance through DVSA training stages and in-car coaching.
