Job summary

My Four Wheels Limited in the UK is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy, guiding you through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured in-car coaching. Lesson rates average around £38 per hour. You can work flexibly across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and aim to build earnings of £39k+ per year at 32 hours a week, or £50k+ at 40 hours.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• DVSA Parts 1-3 training guidance and in-car coaching support.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years; no more than 5 penalty points; no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Attend My Four Wheels Training Academy and complete DVSA Modules 1–3 with continued support.
• Deliver lessons after qualification and progress through instructor training plan.
• Work nationwide and adapt availability to learner demand.
