Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. Training is provided with DVSA parts 1, 2 and 3, and ongoing support to help you qualify with confidence.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with potential earnings of up to £39k annually for about 32 hours per week, or £50k+ at 40 hours. Flexible hours—weekdays, evenings, weekends, part-time or full-time—are available.

Qualifications

• DVSA requirements: full UK driving licence for 3+ years, no more than 5 penalty points, no driving bans in last 5 years.
• No previous driving instructor experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to learn and complete DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 training.

Responsibilities

• Attend Training Academy and complete structured in-car coaching.
• Teach learners locally once qualified and certified.
• Support learners through DVSA Parts 1-3 training and lesson planning.
