Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors nationwide across the UK. No prior experience is needed as full training and ongoing support are provided through our Training Academy.

Expect flexible working arrangements, with lesson rates around £38/hr and potential annual earnings from £39k to over £50k depending on hours and location. Join a nationwide, 5-star rated driving school with a large instructor network and supportive structure to help you qualify through DVSA Parts 1–3

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Be able to commit to lessons and develop driving instruction skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to coach learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving lessons as part of trainee deployment.
• Assist learners to progress through DVSA tests.
• Maintain safe, professional conduct during all lessons.
