Job summary

Veolia is hiring a Trainee Driver/Loader at our Camden site. The role involves collecting recycling and domestic waste, loading the vehicle, and supporting a crew with loading duties. You will drive to sites and perform daily vehicle checks while keeping accurate notes. Safety and compliance with traffic laws are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential: An up-to-date valid driving licence.
• Team-oriented approach and reliability.
• Desirable: Interest in progressing to HGV Class 2 training.

Responsibilities

• Collect recycling and domestic waste from planned locations and load into the vehicle.
• Drive to locations and support the crew with loading duties.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and complete work notes using onboard tech.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
