Job summary

Breedon Group is recruiting for an 8-month Trainee Driver Programme in the United Kingdom. You’ll receive full training while learning to deliver products safely and professionally across the region.

Working with experienced Transport Supervisors and Mentors, you’ll gain the skills to become a qualified professional driver, culminating in a Category C licence and CPC qualification upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK Category B driving licence.
• Have a minimum of 12 months UK driving experience.
• Full training and development opportunities.

• Deliver products safely and professionally.
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks.
• Load, scan and deliver products accurately.
• Follow routes, schedules and company procedures.
• Use PPE and adhere to all health and safety requirements.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when representing Breedon.

About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our 8-month Trainee Driver Programme. You'll receive full training and support while learning to deliver products safely and professionally across the region.

Working alongside experienced Transport Supervisors and Mentors, you'll gain the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to become a qualified professional driver.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll achieve your Category C licence andCPC qualification and have the opportunity to continue your career with Breedon.

Salary: £31,700 during training, rising to £35,800 on successful completion.
