A leading company in the healthcare sector is seeking a Trainee Dispenser to join their pharmacy team. This role offers full training and the opportunity to develop into a Pharmacy Technician. You will support pharmacists, dispense prescriptions, and provide health advice to customers, making a meaningful impact in the community. The position is based in-store, with a competitive hourly rate and various employee benefits.

The hourly rate for this role is £12.60 and up to £14.13 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.
No previous experience is required, and full training will be provided.
As a Trainee Dispenser working within one of our stores, you will be a key member of our pharmacy team, supporting the pharmacist and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of pharmacy and healthcare services.
While completing your Dispenser training (NVQ2), you will build relationships with patients, greeting customers, dispensing prescriptions, and advising on health and wellness, making a difference every day.
This role is based in-store within the UK. Remote applicants and candidates outside the UK will not be considered unless relevant UK qualifications and right to work are confirmed.
You will receive regular training to enhance your healthcare knowledge and have opportunities for career development, including training as a Pharmacy Technician or store leadership.
Preferred experience includes working in community pharmacy.
