Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Trainee Depot Supervisor (Engineering) in Inverness. The role is office-based within the depot, supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating administration and communication, and helping ensure smooth running while you train.

You will undergo structured onboarding with system training and start with hours 9am-5pm, before moving to the new shift pattern after ~3 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in depot operations, transport, logistics or administration.
• IT literate and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Organised and resilient with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Office-based depot operations support within a fuel distribution environment.
• Coordinating day-to-day administration, communication and problem-solving when issues arise.
• Structured and comprehensive training provided, with initial training hours Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, before moving onto the shift pattern after approximately three months.
• Shift pattern: Tuesday to Thursday, 2pm-10pm; Friday, 12pm-8pm; Saturday, 8am-4pm
