Envisage Dental Basingstoke is seeking a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our friendly private practice. You will be supported by experienced clinicians and dental nurses as you gain hands-on experience and work towards your qualification in a welcoming environment.

You will learn chairside skills, assist with a variety of treatments, and contribute to high standards of patient care in a busy private setting. This full-time role offers mentoring, development opportunities, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Enrolled on an accredited Dental Nursing course (essential).
• Previous experience working within a dental practice (essential).
• Passionate about delivering excellent patient care.
• Friendly, professional and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assistance across a wide range of dental procedures.
• Supporting hygiene appointments, including EMS equipment responsibilities.
• Preparing and maintaining clinical environments.
• Following infection prevention and control procedures.
• Assisting with decontamination and instrument processing.
• Ensuring compliance with CQC and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
