Admiral House Dental Practice in Berkhamstead is seeking a motivated Trainee Dental Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team. The role offers hands-on experience across NHS and private patients and an opportunity to train with funded courses, supported by our experienced staff.

Typical shifts run from 08:15 to 17:45 with an hourly rate of £12.71, and we provide parking on side roads. If you’re keen to learn essential dental nursing skills while assisting dentists, hygienists, and therapists,

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths & English required (A-C/4-9).
• Confident communicator with empathetic, service-focused approach.
• Keen to learn high-quality dental nursing while assisting clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists, hygienists or therapists in a wide variety of procedures.
• Support daily patient care and hygiene and maintain a calm, welcoming environment.
• Maintain sterile techniques and infection control throughout the practice.

4-surgery practice, caring for both NHS and private patients

Training supported by our highly experienced, supportive team - your course will be fully funded by us and is overseen by an external course provider

Parking available on the side roads

About you

• Ideally Maths & English GCSE grade A-C/4-9 or Key Skills/Functional Skills Level 2
• Confident communicator with an empathetic, service-focused approach
• Keen to learn how to perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in a wide variety of procedures
