Job summary

Portman Dentex in Beckenham is seeking a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our supportive nurse team. This role offers part-time hours and a clear path to professional development as you train towards a qualified dental nurse position.

Starting at the National Living Wage, the role includes funded training overseen by external providers, and a benefits package that covers GDC, indemnity and CPD costs, plus wellbeing and pension arrangements.

Qualifications

• Ideally GCSE Maths & English at grade A-C or equivalent.
• Confident communicator with an empathetic, service-focused approach.
• Keen to learn high-quality dental nursing while assisting dentists, hygienists or therapists.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists, hygienists or therapists in a wide variety of procedures.
• Provide high-quality dental nursing support and patient care.
• Support the team during clinical sessions and maintain hygiene standards.
