About the role

Join our dynamic team at Vision for Education as a Trainee Cover Supervisor and embark on an exciting journey into the education sector. With competitive pay ranging from £95 to £110 per day for part-time hours from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm in Southend-on-Sea, this opportunity is perfect for those eager to dive into the world of education.

As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting schools across Essex and Suffolk. No prior subject expertise is required, as you'll be provided with comprehensive training and step into the shoes of a teacher in their absence. Your responsibilities include leading lessons, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring a conducive learning environment for approximately 30 students.

Requirements:

• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service.
• Commitment to completing required training and engaging in continuous professional development.
• Understanding of the importance of safeguarding children and young people.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students.
