Job summary

Adsyst Automation Ltd is seeking a Trainee/Junior/Graduate Project Technician to work with our engineers on control system projects. You will gain hands-on experience across PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and networking while contributing to design, testing and commissioning.

The role includes training and mentoring, with opportunities to travel for UK site commissioning and to grow within a supportive automation-focused team.

Qualifications

• A basic understanding of computer networks (LAN/WAN/VPN).
• Basic networking and software troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Enthusiastic and ambitious with a career focus in automation.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support full life cycle delivery of control system projects.
• Assist with software and network design, implementation, testing, and on-site commissioning.
• Collaborate with engineers to learn PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and related systems.
• Participate in site commissioning and travel as required.
