Job summary

Premier Technical Recruitment Ltd in Derby is seeking a Project Engineer to join an established Industrial Automation team. You will design, implement and test controls and integrated systems, and program PLCs using Ladder Logic, Function Block or STL methods.

You will configure SCADA software and UI mimic designs, undertake IP network design and CCTV/PA/telephone systems over IP, and participate in FAT and site commissioning with client witnessing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering control/automation projects.
• Strong PLC programming and SCADA configuration skills.
• Background in IP networking and ELV systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and test control systems and integrated solutions.
• Program PLCs using Ladder Logic and related methods.
• Configure SCADA software and UI mimic interfaces.
• Perform IP network design and CCTV/PA/telephone over IP setups.
