Ernest Gordon Recruitment in Exeter is looking for a motivated Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing engineering desk. You’ll receive structured on-the-job training, coaching from senior consultants and a clear path to management as you build your own team.

Starting salary £28,000 with promotion to £32,000 and uncapped commission, plus realistic first-year OTE £45,000–£50,000. We offer 25 days holiday, pension and excellent benefits as you develop your recruitment career.
