Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited in Bristol is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant as part of a full development programme. You’ll join an established, high-performing team and receive structured coaching from experienced managers, with a clear path to management based on your performance.

From day one you’ll learn through real assignments with clients and candidates, building relationships and progressing into senior consultant or director roles as you prove your drive.

From your first day you'll receive structured, hands-on coaching from experienced recruitment managers who are invested in your success.
